Maries River Wagyu — Premium Beef Return & Refund Policy

At Maries River Wagyu, we take great pride in raising, harvesting, and delivering some of the finest Wagyu beef in America. Because our products are perishable, all sales are considered final once shipped. However, we stand behind the quality and condition of every order. 

Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Thawed or spoiled
  • Incorrect
  • Missing items

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include the following:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the packaging, product, and shipping label

Once reviewed, we may offer:

  • A partial or full replacement shipment, or
  • A partial or full refund
Not Eligible for Refunds

Refunds cannot be issued for:

  • Customer errors (wrong address, missed deliveries)
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers, unless the customer has purchased optional shipping insurance.
  • Orders delivered in good condition

We pack every order with insulated materials and dry ice and/or cold packs for safe transport. Once carriers take possession, we assist with claims, but cannot guarantee their decisions.
