By using our website or purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms.

1. Products & Availability

Maries River Wagyu raises and sells premium American Wagyu beef. Because cattle and cuts vary naturally, product appearance and marbling may differ from photographs.
We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

2. Ordering

By placing an order, you confirm:

• You are 18 or older

• Information provided is accurate

Orders may be cancelled if:

• Inventory is unavailable

• Fraud is suspected

• Pricing errors occur

3. Payment

All payments are processed securely through Shopify and affiliated payment gateways.

4. Shipping

We ship using insulated packaging, cold packs, and dry ice to ensure product safety. Delivery timelines depend on carrier availability and destination.
Responsibility transfers to the customer once tracking shows the order is delivered.

5. Returns

Due to the nature of perishable foods, we do not accept returns.
Quality concerns are addressed under our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Liability

Maries River Wagyu is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by carriers
  

• Customer storage/handling issues
  

• Losses resulting from misuse of products
