Our cattle are raised in Central Missouri along the Maries River, surrounded by rolling pasture, native grasses, and spring-fed water.

How are your cattle fed?

Our cattle are pasture-raised and grass-fed, with locally sourced brewers’ grains used during the finishing stage.

Do you use added hormones or antibiotics?

No added hormones or antibiotics.

When will my order ship?

We ship orders on Mondays and Tuesdays to help prevent packages from sitting in carrier facilities over the weekend. Orders placed after Tuesday ship the following Monday.

How will my Wagyu arrive?

Your Wagyu is packed with insulated protection and cold-chain materials to help keep it frozen and protected throughout transit.
