Note: With its rich intramuscular fat content, Wagyu beef can cook up to 30% faster than Angus beef. 

We ship our premium Wagyu beef from Westphalia, Missouri, using cold-chain, insulated packaging designed to keep your order frozen and safe during transit.

We ship orders on Mondays and Tuesdays to ensure products do not sit in carrier facilities over the weekend. Orders received after Tuesday are shipped the following Monday.
